Corrections

If a figure on this site is out of date or wrong, tell us — a link to the page, the sentence in question, and where the correct information is published. Corrections that come with a primary source (a regulator page, an operator's own help page) get handled fastest. We would rather be corrected than be confidently wrong.

What we cannot help with

• Your IQ Option account. We are not IQ Option and we have no access to accounts, deposits, withdrawals, verification or balances. Those go to the platform's own support, from inside your account.
• Financial, legal or tax advice. We explain how things work in general; we cannot tell you what to do with your money. For tax, speak to a chartered accountant. For the legal position, the RBI and SEBI publish their own material and we link it.
• Signals, tips or managed trading. We do not sell them, recommend them, or pass your details to anyone who does.

Response times and privacy

We aim to reply to editorial mail within a few working days. Please do not send account numbers, passwords, OTPs, PAN or Aadhaar details, or copies of identity documents — we have no use for them and we do not want them. How we handle the little data we do receive is set out in our privacy notice.
